Naoko Page, Certified Yoga Instructor and Co-Founder and Operator of Fluxelife
Naoko Page is a Certified Yoga Instructor and co-founder and operator of Fluxelife, a local company helping workplaces to simplify and implement comprehensive wellness programs for employees and their families through education and support. She believes that everyone has the ability to heal themselves and her passion is to share the importance of mental hygiene and managing stress for disease prevention and overall well-being. She is a former Stress Management Specialist for the ‘Ekahi Ornish Program which empowered hundreds of participants to take control of their minds and bodies to make better choices for a healthier, happier life.
